I have used this product over a number of years for my anti snore mouth guard made from food grade plastic. It has kept it fresh and clean for next use after the morning soak without degrading the mouth piece from daily use.

First things first: shipping was quick, only a week to Canada! Impressive! Shipping cost was high, but that’s common these days, I doubt if dentakit is making a profit from this. The cleaning tablets work well, the smell is pleasant and not at all like harsh chemicals. My retainers come out odour free, just a quick rinse they’re ready to wear. Easy!

I have an essix retainer, so it holds a fake tooth for me & it can be hard to clean with a toothbrush. I risk scratching it like that & even messing up the bonding. But 15 mins soaked in this stuff & it’s good as new everytime.

As an older adult who had braces and was told I needed to wear my retainer regularly the rest of my life, I followed the suggestion of my orthodontist to use Retainer Brite. It cleans exceptionally well without a need for brushing, and the box it comes with is perfect for storage!

I've had a nighttime bite guard for several years. Though I regularly rinsed and brushed it, and head the dentist do the ultrasonic cleaning, it had developed dark mildew (???) in the tiny cracks and crevasses that resisted all efforts. I just got my retainers about two weeks ago. My ortho said to just brush them clean using a regular soft toothbrush and cool water, but that seems gross for something you have to wear every day. I use Retainer Brite for 15 mins every morning with the sonic cleaner DentaKit sells. It feels good to put in fresh retainers every morning. The tablets become a blue liquid after being dissolved, but it doesn't leave any discoloration or weird taste on the retainers. No complaints; a good value and easy to use to keep your retainers clean.

These cleaning tablets are SO cool! You just drop in water and add your retainers and 15 minutes later you have FRESH, CLEAN retainers. They look brand new and we ALL know that "feel" when you put these FRESH, CLEAN retainers back in our mouths after we brush our teeth. Very easy to use, and very economical for the what you get. From reading previous comments, I learned that the formula for these tablets had to be changed in order to be more environmentally friendly. That's fine, but I really miss the effervescent action of the old tablets, they worked so well. The new tablets are ok, but it would be nice if you could make them fizzy again like the old ones.

I wasn't using anything but tooth brush and paste to physically clean my Invisiline retainers. This was a tedious process and I noticed did not remove coffee staining. After trying this product and at this price - about 60 cents or less per cleaning - it was well worth it. I clean them this way every other day.

It says it's a new box with the same product, but it's not. It doesn't fizz up like the original, the color is more blue and it leaves a strong chemical taste on my Invisalign. I'll use it, but not as happy with it.
