The Brite box was delivered to my home, smashed in on 2 sides, leaving several of the tablets broken and a powdery consistency. Mailing box needs improvement.

When I first got my retainer, I wasn't informed on how to clean it correctly. I saw online that people used toothpaste and brushed them like they did with their teeth.
